I had managed to loose some good weight…and seemingly picked it up again. How, i dont know. Its irritating…cause i did not change my diet. But im slowly losing again… This hurt initially, and I slowed down on my journey, Im stepping it up.  Lets see what happens

An omelette with spinach, bell pepper, chicken, and pepperjack cheese topped with oven roasted heirloom tomatoes, green onions and black pepper with two slices of toast on the side, one with avocado and a drizzle of olive oil and the other with cream cheese! YUM. I would be perfectly okay eating breakfast foods for every meal.
